Cancellation Policy
All booked appointments will receive a message via SMS to the mobile number provided 24 hours before scheduled appointment, to where the client accepts the scheduled appointment.
If no response is given your appointment may be cancelled where you will need to seek another appointment time.
If you have confirmed you will be attending and cancel between acceptance and your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 20% of the booked service amount upon the next visit (50% of booked service in the 14 days prior to Christmas Day 25th December).
